Join Rebel Wellness owner Natalie Gentile for Rebel Strength, a 45-minute workout that focuses on resistance training to build muscle and endurance through interval training and compound movements.

CENTER SAGE // VINYASA FLOW

Expect creative sequencing and somatic movement inspired by water and music, always linked with an intention and supported by the breath. Kayla’s classes are accompanied with the perfect playlist and emphasize fun and play. Her classes are challenging, yet inclusive, providing a safe space for students to try new things and explore the boundaries of their practice. Variations are emphasized and all levels are welcome!

Join us for 45 minutes of beat-pumping, sweat-dripping magic where boxing meets barre in the most electric way. Think high-intensity combos, sculpting series, and a playlist so good it moves with you. Your body won’t forget it—and neither will your friends.

Join Marcella Day on the mat for a classical Pilates Mat class. You'll focus on alignment, firing up your core and getting a deep stretch in your body with the use of body wEIght exercises and Pilates props like the Magic Circle. All levels are welcome! No previous Pilates experience required!

Jamie's Jazz class will get you movin' and groovin'! You will begin with a full body warm up, center/traveling exercises and a fun energetic combo. This class is open to all levels and abilities!

F45 // FOUNDATIONS BUILD + BURN

Think of this as your F45 teaser—a taste of what we're all about! The "F" stands for Functional and the "45" is for 45 minutes of strength, athleticism, and good vibes. So what exactly is functional training? Think strength-building movements like squats, lunges, and deadlifts, blended with heart-healthy cardio, mobility work, and core training. Expect high energy, great music, and a nice little endorphin boost!

flo TONED is our signature hot mat Pilates concept — a dynamic blend of classical and contemporary Pilates designed to sculpt, strengthen, and energize your entire body. Expect to move with precision to an upbeat playlist led by a classically trained instructor. This class keeps you moving to the rhythm while challenging your core and stability.

Let's Vibe, Our signature cycling class! 30 minutes in the saddle of high energy cycling with an instructor that's hyping you up every pedal stroke of the way. Ride to the beat, feel all the good vibes, and sweat it all out. Plus a little upper body burn too!

This is a music driven somatic practice designed to allow students the time and space to exercise the body, engage the mind and open the heart.
