Get ready to work the full body through functional training, we'll break up the class by intervals and stations, which will consist of strength, cardio, and core - the ultimate F45 Training sampler.
The Stride Trot
Tie up your laces and get ready for a scenic light run! Nikki and Andi of STRIDE fitness will lead a brief walk / run down to the point, this Sunday at BODYROCK9.0. This is the perfect way to reset the body and enjoy the gorgeous 80 degree sunny day we are going to have at this years event! This short walk / run will and starts at the main entrance to Charles Schwab at the Vision on Fifteenth and head down towards Point State Park for a circling point and then a quick trot back to the venue. This walk / run will be at an easy conversational pace, so whether we are beginners or experts we can all join the fun!

Our high intensity, signature 45 minute workout is a true “cardio party on a bike.” This class incorporates the entire body with choreographed, beat based moves that will get your blood flowing and heart pumping! Get lost in the music, find your ZEN, and leave feeling better than you did before.
Sweat net - dropsound yoga
immersive experience where the rhythm of breath and beat unite in a personal, introspective journey. In this class, we wear silent headphones that deliver a meticulously curated playlist directly to us, enveloping each movement and breath in a cocoon of sound. This allows for a deeper connection with the practice, as the outside world fades away and we’re left to explore the harmony between music and motion. The playlist is crafted to enhance the flow of the class, guiding us through each pose and breath with a synchrony that can be both grounding and uplifting. With the distractions silenced, the practice becomes a moving meditation, a dance of serenity and strength orchestrated by the intimate interplay of music and movement.

LET’S RIDE, BABY! A 45-minute cycling class with a mix of lower body, upper body and of course cardio. Get ready to sweat and VIBE out to a fire playlist. Perfect for any level!
