A fitness industry veteran, Alison has been dancing on a bike for over 15 years. She opened Steel House Cycle, located in the heart of Lawrenceville, in 2022. Two years in, the community-focused rhythm ride studio has truly become a home-away-from-home. She believes in helping people feel what they need to through music and movement and that the physical elements of the ride come second to the mental and emotional connection. Watching riders grow infinitely and find their most authentic and connected versions of themselves is what drives her to keep on keeping on. Her playlists will take you on a full journey while the ride will take you everywhere and back again even on a bike that goes absolutely nowhere. F45 Training Full Body Hybrid
I teach at F45 in the Strip District! There are so many reasons why I love to teach at F45 - but my main reason why has to be our community! I have met some of my favorite people at the studio and having the opportunity to see your favorite people grow stronger and more confident in who they are is truly my favorite part of the job. When it comes to what inspires me to move - my schedule outside of the studio tends to be busy with a long list of tasks to do. I've found that movement keeps me sane during crazy moments and gives me a space to block out the rest of 'what needs to happen'. Moving my body has not only brought physical strength but mental strength and allows for my best self to show up to all aspects of my life!

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Andi studied Musical Theatre at Point Park University and worked professionally as a Singer/Dancer/Actress in New York City for 7 years before moving back to the “Burgh” during the pandemic. Andi has worked in the fitness industry for 10 years and loves the community group fitness creates! Collaborator with C4 and extend, Runway for Calia with Dicks Sporting Goods, fit modeling for Columbia Sportswear, and modeling for Fleet Feet. Specializing in treadmill work, Andi teaches at Stride, Mecka, Walk Run Lift, and Rebel Wellness. She also has her own virtual group fitness company “Fit with Andi”

Michelle's career with Row House started in 2018 with the opening of the first franchise location. Manager of Coach Development and Senior Master Coach for the Row House brand, Michelle has been in the fitness industry since 2007 and manages the training and development of thousands of coaches across the country. She holds multiple certifications including her NASM-CPT and Pilates Comprehensive with over 5000 hours in one-on-one training, specializing in sports training. Michelle was recently selected by Concept 2, the leader in indoor rowing, to join their National Master Trainer team.

Presley has been an instructor at Zenergy for almost 6 years. She loves curating an experience for her riders by telling a story through the music selected for every class. To her, the bike is only a vessel for a deeper connection to consciousness and communion with others. She is regularly inspired by the incredible humans she has met through the world of indoor cycling and cannot wait to expand that network at Bodyrock9.0

immersive experience where the rhythm of breath and beat unite in a personal, introspective journey. In this class, we wear silent headphones that deliver a meticulously curated playlist directly to us, enveloping each movement and breath in a cocoon of sound. This allows for a deeper connection with the practice, as the outside world fades away and we’re left to explore the harmony between music and motion. The playlist is crafted to enhance the flow of the class, guiding us through each pose and breath with a synchrony that can be both grounding and uplifting. With the distractions silenced, the practice becomes a moving meditation, a dance of serenity and strength orchestrated by the intimate interplay of music and movement.

For the past 3 years I have been instructing cycling, boxing, bootcamp, and versa climbing at Club Elevate Fitness. I am also ambassadors for SweatNet and lululemon! Born and raised a true Yinzer, you can always find me sweating it out at studios in the Strip District and grabbing a coffee afterword at La Prima.
Being a fitness instructor gives me the space to inspire others and cultivate true, unapologetic confidence. I love encouraging others to step out of their own way and push to new heights. Coaching is a way I can make a difference in my community by bringing others together to move and grow both physically and mentally! To me, there is nothing more inspiring than watching those in my community grow into the best version of themselves.

Owner and Head Trainer at Bag+Barre, a boutique fitness studio in Sewickley that incorporates Barre and Boxing into one dynamic class! I fell in love with the explosive nature of boxing and the elegance of barre and couldn't wait to share this dynamic duo with other women! Our classes pair power and poise, fierce and feminine into one 45-minute sweat sesh. Our members leave feeling like a beauty and a beast. I teach because I want every woman to feel beautiful and empowered! If you can make it through your workout, you can handle anything life throws at you <3
