As a certified Sound Healing & Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic Coach, Jane is dedicated to empowering individuals to reclaim calm and balance in their lives. With a trauma informed and somatic approach to healing that blends various somatic healing modalities, Jane supports her clients in managing stress and anxiety levels and in healing body and mind. Her highly transformative offerings are designed to alleviate tension, promote relaxation, and build resilience, enabling individuals to navigate life's challenges with clarity, trust and a regulated nervous system. Through compassionate guidance and self-empowering practices, Janne inspires a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing, one mindful breath at a time.
Jess Gilbert is a former collegiate athlete turned fitness enthusiast, coaching and sweating it out for 15+ years. She started out as a cycle instructor at local gyms, but found her home at Sweat PGH in 2017—drawn in by the unmatched vibe, killer classes, and strong community. Jess currently teaches “Cycle” (rhythm-based riding to high-energy beats), “Power” (a fierce blend of strength and HIIT), and “Lift” (a musically-driven, heavy lifting-progressive strength training program built on 8-week cycles). She is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Nutrition Coach (CNC), and Sports Nutrition Coach (CSNC). When she’s not lifting heavy or coaching clients, you’ll find her running her Private Practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist or soaking up time with her 3 kids, husband and goldendoodle.

Kiera is a high-energy group fitness instructor at Mecka Fitness, where she’s been leading sweaty, motivating workouts for the past two years. She’s all about good vibes, loud music, and helping people crush their fitness goals. When she’s not teaching class, you’ll probably find her lacing up her sneakers for half marathon training or squeezing in a workout just for fun. Kiera lives and breathes movement and she loves sharing that joy with everyone around her!

As the founder of Flo Yoga Studio in Pittsburgh’s South Hills, she leads an all-women team committed to fostering community, confidence, and well-being. Whether she is instructing pilates, sculpt, or yoga - her classes are known for their thoughtful sequencing, strong alignment focus, and uplifting energy, making every student feel supported and inspired on their journey.

Marcella Day has taken her dance career to back to the studio as Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre's Dance & Fitness Manager. Through her 28 years of dance experience and 14 years of teaching she strives to work with clients find a way to move their body that makes them feel powerful and aligned. She fell in love with classical Pilates in college and and is thrilled to share that love with clients of all ages and abilities.

Monica Calero is a Pittsburgh-based yoga teacher known for her immersive silent yoga experiences using wireless headphones. She creates thoughtful sequences set to curated music that invite participants to tune into their breath, body, and surroundings. Monica is passionate about community, connection, and making yoga approachable for everyone. You can find her teaching weekly outdoor flows, pop-ups, and hosting soulful retreats around the region.

Her passion for group fitness was born on the basketball court, where she first discovered the power of teamwork, discipline, and motivation. Katie has many fitness certifications including NASM, AFAA, yoga 200hr - and she brings that expertise into every class she teaches—from high-energy cycle to mindful yoga and powerful strength training. Her mission is to challenge and uplift every person who walks through the door, helping them grow stronger in body and mind. Fitness is more than movement—it’s a mindset, and Katie is here to coach you through every rep, ride, and breath.

(pictured left) Fallon is the proud leader of City Girls Who Walk Pittsburgh, the first official chapter of the national women’s walking movement that began in New York City. Under her leadership, the group recently celebrated its second anniversary, creating space for community, connection, and movement for women across the city. A seasoned event planner and nonprofit professional, Fallon brings heart and hustle to everything she does. After walking the Pittsburgh Half Marathon, she’s now embracing a new personal challenge, teaching herself how to run.

I fell in love with the explosive nature of boxing and the elegance of barre and couldn't wait to share this dynamic duo with other women! Our classes pair power and poise, fierce and feminine into one 45-minute sweat sesh. Our members leave feeling like a beauty and a beast. I teach because I want every woman to feel beautiful and empowered! If you can make it through your workout, you can handle anything life throws at you <3
NATALIE // REBEL WELLNESS
founder of Rebel Wellness, Pittsburgh's only woman-physician owned Lifestyle Medicine studio in Pittsburgh. As a Family Medicine & Lifestyle Medicine Physician, busy mom of 2, and fitness/nutrition educator, she wanted to create a space that supports the community in multiple aspects of wellness. At Rebel, she teaches Strength and Cardio Barre, as well as leads culinary medicine workshops in the teaching kitchen.
Taylor began teaching group fitness SINCE 2014 and has taught all over Pittsburgh and Florida. She began teaching Cycle and Pilates at Sweat this past spring after falling in love with the amazing and supportive community the studio offers! Taylor has B.A. in Dance from Point Park University and holds group fitness certifications in Pilates, Cycle, Dance Cardio, and Barre. When she’s not at Sweat, you can find her teaching dance or hanging with her husband and 5 year old daughter.

Kat is a certified personal trainer and certified pre/post-natal fitness specialist—and a proud new mom! With five years of experience in operations at F45 Strip District, she’s bringing her passion to the new South Hills location as well. A lifelong lover of fitness and the outdoors, she fell in love with how F45’s athletic-style training helps her stay strong for everyday life (and keep up with her son, Luca). She’s all about building functional strength and community, one workout at a time.

She first discovered the group through social media and quickly fell in love with its mission of community, friendship, and wellness. With her corgi, Jupiter, always by her side on walks, Julianne credits the group with helping her maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Kayla Hersperger (she/her) is a Pittsburgh-based yoga teacher and fitness professional. Teaching yoga has been the greatest joy of her life and she hopes students leave her classes feeling strong, safe, and self-aware. Kayla is passionate about equality, vegan life, and traveling. She is a resident of the Northside, a marketer during the daytime, and a dog mom to the sweetest girl, Cici pup.
