the founder

Laura Early is the founder and force behind Body Rock!—Pittsburgh’s premier boutique fitness event, now celebrating its 10th year of movement, music, and community. From launching the original event at Stage AE, to pioneering the city's first full-scale virtual fitness festival during the height of COVID, to transforming the Strip District with energy-filled pop-ups, Laura has always seen fitness as more than a workout—it’s a way to connect.

With a background in marketing and a lifelong love for movement, Body Rock! has been, and continues to be, her ultimate passion project. This year, the celebration continues at ETAGE Athletic Club in Downtown Pittsburgh, marking a decade of sweat, strength, and shared purpose in the wellness community.

Beyond the event world, Laura is the founder of Early Media Collective, a creative marketing agency that partners with both national and local brands on strategy, storytelling, and standout campaigns. She’s also the proud owner of AURA Sauna Studio, Pittsburgh’s only dedicated infrared sauna experience, with two locations serving the Strip District and South Hills.

Whether she’s producing high-energy fitness events, building brands, or creating intentional spaces for recovery and wellness, Laura’s work is grounded in one thing: bringing people together through the power of movement and community.
